Network Marketing Myths
January 28th, 2008 . by adminOne of the greatest myths in network marketing is this whole idea of duplication. The problem is that to make duplication work, you have to assume everyone is at the same level.
The only way to get everybody on the same level is to reduce them to the same common denominator, Harrison Bergeron style. And by treating everybody like they’re the same takes away all of their unique talents that could help them excel at this business.
I don’t now about you, but if a person in my downline excels in an area that is outside of the parameters of the system that people in my company uses, I don’t really care. I want them to focus on what they’re good at rather than teach them how to use something that they’re not good at.
