I bought my son a blow gun. I know, blow guns are not something that you normally buy for a child. Believe me, I would never buy something that he could injure himself or someone else by playing with. The blow gun that I bought him is made of plastic. The darts that he is able to shoot from the gun are made of foam. Therefore, he will not become injured, nor will he injure himself, by playing with the gun. He just loves the blow gun, and it has kept him occupied since I bought it for him.
