That’s right, I just made a big decision and bought my first home. Vancouver Real Estate is amazing. I live in West Vancouver and the town took measures to limit commercial development and industrial development. Those acts really helped develop a community worth living in. People you run into at the store actually live there - unlike other cities I have lived in were commuters were the norm. I actually know my neighbors! I would offer one piece of advise - get a good real estate agent. An agent who has a great track record actually selling properties in West Vancouver - chances are they have sold they have sold your neighbors their homes too!
