Once the client has had an Asbestos survey type 1 and 2 conducted thing he would order an asbestos survey type 3 prior to demolition or renovation.  The asbestos survey tightly is where the asbestos surveyor will once again over the property and detailed everything with a view to how to remove all of the asbestos.  In the prior examinations and surveys, they were to determine the extent golf and location of asbestos in the property. The type 3 survey is to actually established the system and methodology for removing all of the asbestos.  Once the asbestos has been removed, the certificate would be issued to the client that the building is now free from asbestos.
