I had this great idea one day and started to write it down. I wasn’t sure how to make it work just yet but I had ideas. I had to go through many different experiments before I could prove it would work but by the time I had done this someone else was trying to patent the invention I made. Luckily I had written down notes of the entire thing, from conception in my mind to the actual experiments to the demonstrating it as a product or working model of an invention. This was proof of my conception of an invention and gave me the rights first.
