My daily exercise log helps me in many ways
February 12th, 2009 . by adminThe purpose of keeping a daily exercise log or diary is to track your progress as you work out. You basically write down your activities, how many calories you burned, the time it took, the pace you set, and distance involved.
If you rode your stationary bike you will keep record of how far you pedaled and how fast you pedaled to get there. The plan is to keep record and check on your progress as you work out. By logging your info each time your exercise, you can see progress, or lack of it, on a daily basis. If one form of exercise isn’t working as expected, try another next time.
You keep your log so it can be personalized by whatever means you want. Keep just whatever information matters to you.
