I live in Chicago and when my father died last fall I realized it was not going to be easy.  Dad, was a pack rat, he kept everything for years so when he died in South Carolina I knew I had a lot of work to do. The probate attorney also saved us a lot of money by referring us to a great real estate agent. I still had to clean out the house but the realtor sent a couple of high school boys over to help out. Thank God.
